How I rediscovered my passion was by remembering the things I used to do as a child that made time fly by fast. My passion is helping people in any way I can, and it keeps me up at night wondering if I've done enough. I developed it by years of helping people, and then not helping people, and realizing it feels better to help than to not. Repeat, repeat, repeat. A good first step might be to write down everything you're NOT passionate about, and keep narrowing it down from there. And keep track of how you FEEL when you're doing certain things.
